new features in 2026

Since 2025, the Vich Centre has been managed by the company 4 Med Center Vich SA, which I founded to make the centre’s premises available to various surgeons and physicians in the field of Aesthetics, with the aim of creating synergy among practitioners and offering a range of solutions to patients attending the centre. This will also allow me to train a number of colleagues who have expressed interest in my liposculpture technique, in order to ensure continuity in general and in particular in the field of lipoedema, which has become my almost exclusive area of activity in recent years. I have also been asked to use my cannula with a brand-new technology developed by the firm Euromi, with whom I have been collaborating for 28 years and who manufactures both the cannula and the equipment required to use it.

This new technology makes it possible, within the same surgical procedure, to perform liposculpture or harvesting of fat cells and various elements used in lipofilling or regenerative medicine, and to re-infiltrate them using a perfectly sterile closed-circuit system. I have therefore decided to extend my practice a little longer in order to extract the full potential of this technique and to share this opportunity with all the surgeons and physicians who will work at the centre. It will then be time for me to focus on training and to step back from an operational standpoint, with the feeling of a job well done. Two eminent Professors from abroad have already expressed their wish to collaborate with me in this regard, as have two young surgeons from the Canton.

The year 2026 will therefore be rich in events, balancing continuity with innovation.
My assistant Eva is taking on an increasingly important role in the organisation of the centre, thanks to her experience and organisational rigour. The team is expected to grow in line with our needs.
The company also remains open to any interest from potential investors, with a view to expanding our possibilities.
